This winter we buried the desire to move to warmer climates with great reluctance. When Julie's good friend asked her to work at Redwood School (she is the Deputy Principal) with a class of New Entrants (5 years old) the thought of extra cash and working with a team of wonderful colleagues - it was too good to say no. Julie has been living with her mum in Christchurch and Jo back and forward from West to East, working for Department of Conservation planning pest control operations. It's what we have chosen for now so we have to put up with the winter chills and keep smiling! There are some beautiful walks to be enjoyed on Banks Peninsular in the weekends.
