Changes


We built Ribbonwood Retreat on bare paddock and now five years later, you can really see the growth. We have many birds that have come to live here as a result. Native pigeons - kereru are eating the leaves on our ribbonwood trees.


This year (2008) we are thrilled to see tui around the harakeke or flax.
New Zealand natives are our choice apart from the boundaries where we wanted fast trees and eucalyptus worked well.
